In the nineties, Donald was one of the three who started a business called Effektiva Media, in a small apartment at Rimbogatan in Stockholm, a company developed into one of Sweden's leading communications agencies, third largest in the country in a few years with four floors at Grev Turegatan and more than 60 employees in the city center.

Donald left the company and started a new agency called Publik, together with some colleagues, he left the agency after a few years to continue with what he wanted to do the most, and spent all his life on, the world, foreign journalism, food, drink and karate.

Both Effektiva Media and Publik is still operating in Stockholm.
